Bentonite is taken with water, whether liquid or dry...even if it's in capsules. If you mix dry Bentonite in a glass of water and let it sit the Bentonite will settle to the bottom of the glass and not remain mixed with the water, thus settling out. Liquid Bentonite is in a suspension formula and will not do this. The effectiveness of bentonite is related to the surface area...greater if it is in suspension. Bentonite is not absorbed in the body...it is an adsorber of toxins. Liquid bentonite does absorb toxins. Tweet
