I want to start using Bentonite clay but im not sure whats the best way to go about it, dry pill form or pre-mixed (arise&shine).
Does the dry form have a better chance of absorbing more or is it the same as a pre-mixed liquid formula?

MoreThis is a reply to # 120,926How does it "settle out"? I guess Im stummped in thinking the wet is better because the dry should absorb alot more........Right? And would it still have the same negative property acting like a magnet to positivly charged toxins?

This is a reply to # 120,927From readings on this website (The Ultimate Fast and The Master Cleanser ), they both recommend liquid bentonite. Those are the only ones they sell at my health food stores anyway...

Bentonite is taken with water, whether liquid or dry...even if it's in capsules. If you mix dry Bentonite in a glass of water and let it sit the Bentonite will settle to the bottom of the glass and not remain mixed with the water, thus settling out. Liquid Bentonite is in a suspension formula and will not do this. The effectiveness of bentonite is related to the surface area...greater if it is in suspension. Bentonite is not absorbed in the body...it is an adsorber of toxins. Liquid bentonite does absorb toxins.
