Bentonite clay, Wet or dry?

I want to start using Bentonite clay but im not sure whats the best way to go about it, dry pill form or pre-mixed (arise&shine).

Does the dry form have a better chance of absorbing more or is it the same as a pre-mixed liquid formula?
