I have had the exact same thing. hours later sometimes, but an overwhelming tiredness, it can come on very quickly and I've fallen asleep sitting at the computer almost instantly. there's no way I can stay awake when this happens. sometimes I pass parts of it, sometimes I don't see anything. I've yet to get the whole thing though.
