Re: tapeworms, COQ10 powder vs liquid.
Newport has a source someplace for pharmaceutical grade Coq10-- "none of this is cheap" though...but yes, it is 3-4,000mg of Coq10 depending on your body weight. It should be taken with an oil.
I didn't do the megadoses of MSM at the time I was doing the ozonated oil/L-cysteine and Coq10. But I do think certain oils help to penetrate them so whatever you're taking can get in to kill them better.
Ascaris are supposed to have 3 layers of skin, which is one of the reasons they are harder to kill. 1 T of castor oil at bedtime has worked for me too--and coconut oil.
The Clark cleanup is for 3 weeks, 1T of ozonated olive oil in the am, and one in the pm--when I felt the
Tapeworm being most active though, I took extra ooo. L-Cysteine- 2 tablets of 500 mg 3x a day...CoQ10, about 4 times a week. Probably wouldn't hurt anything if you took it more, it's just costly.
But, then again, when the darned thing is not dying quietly...bomb him.
You might be surprised when you no longer feel the movement. It can take a day or two to start seeing it in the toilet...and most likely not like the long white thing you see on the internet...lots of globs of dark mucousy stuff, stringy- skin may be seperate. If you don't mind investigating, look for the scolex. Julie had a big one scolex of a beef
Tapeworm she looked at under a microscope..I just saved mine and put them in a mason jar to show my husband, that was ugly enough without getting an up close, microscopic view. Reminded me of a big, hard garbanzo bean-- round.
