Re: Have you ever gotten to the point where you just can't do it anymore?

I have a really good friend who I met on Curezone. We have both been on these boards for years and like you she had tried absolutely everything having suffered for 10 years or more of chronic ill health. She is now almost fully recovered leading a full active life after consuming large quantities of raw sauerkraut (Rejuvinac brand). Her body was so depleted in good bacteria - she also had the BV indicating an imbalance of bacteria. Of course she also had an extremely healthy diet, began taking gentle exercise (intially) which she then built up, and supported her liver with liver supplements/herbs. She still finds it hard to believe that eating the raw sauerkraut held the key to her health. I am going to try this myself soon - I have also been chronically sick for 15 years (plus have the BV....total nightmare so I can sympathise with you there). I am sorry you feel so bad, lots of us on here do so dont feel alone. Its wonderful you have such a supportive husband too. My husband has helped me for the last 15 years being caring and supportive. He died in January this year - he was only 44 yrs and we had been together 27 years. NOw I am totally alone and very sick but havent lost hope of overcoming this illness. Hang on in there...people do get well after long periods of illness. Maybe you could try the raw sauerkraut??
