Well, if your going to take it, I agree with the short term, but since nobody seems sure about what it's doing inside the body, what's long term in regards of safety? 1 month, 1 week, 3 months? Who knows that the safe limit is? What's it doing to you? Do you know? Just curious. And how long have you been taking it? What's long term to you. And while you may use other alternative therapies, how to they interact with this. Do we know that?
