Actually I've seen a lot of conflicting information on this and I don't mean from Jim Humble. Its supposed to break down to chlorite in water treatment but that doesnt mean it entirely does so in the body. However if it does this amount would be within safety limits. You may not have any idea but I do as I have swallowed it and so far it's only done me good
