Ok - got it - now, if I also eat dairy and eggs I a a vegetarian and not vegan, correct, or no?
I take every day now, 500 to 600 mgs magnesium - one multiple B in addition to individual B's by themselves - started high doses of vitaminc C - l-tryptophan (have insomnia now) - melatonin - chromium picolinate - 5htp - 1,000 vitamin D (mine just came back very low outside the range on blood tests) dhea, iron (low hemoglobin and iron),,,,,,,
Also, I recently bought a water ozonator and ozonate about 8 cups of water in the evening and also have been "zapping" for the last three our four weeks every night.
Anything else? Am I doing OK? Oh, forgot the b12 sublingual and weekly shots of B12 which I inject myself. Will incorporate the additional items you recommended.
