Help with newbie questions?

I can't believe that I found a forum with some real info from real people that aren't afraid to talk about what does or doesn’t come out of them!(although there is a lot of info here and I'll need some coaching to start). Please?

History: I've had bad migraines all my life and bad skin. I know I've never consumed enough water. I carry stress very much in my shoulders as I work on the computer a lot. About three or fours years ago my daily BM took a turn for the strange. Regularity changed to many urges in the same day with nothing happening and then every other day a big something happened (after reading lots of your posts that "good" day was probably the result of a better diet on some days). I have more gas than every before in my life (previously there was none). For the last four years I've been more tired and easily fatigued. Of course I thought I was simply getting older. In the last four years I've also noticed my lymph nodes in my neck (near where my shoulders get tense) are large and hard all the time. My regular doc didn't seem to be very concerned when I brought it up but my ex boyfriend who is also an MD did seem concerned. In the past two years I have very strange bumps on my forearms, sometimes in patches, sometimes not. My doc has me using a steroid cream which helps but the minute I stop using the cream, they come back. I've gained an extra 10-15 pounds in the last year. I never sleep through the night.

Ready for the turning point? I started having major pain in my shoulders (as I do this very minute as I type) so I went to a Gonstead Chiropractor. Ex-rays were taken during my initial consult and guess what...? My colon showed up on the ex-rays very very dark. Dr. Chiro said he had never seen anything like it. It was embarrassing because my colon showed up as solid pooh but also very lucky to actually see it to propel me to do something. I'd have never guessed that lots of my irritating health problems could be caused by a very sad colon.

So I am definitely going to do this but I have lots of questions:
1. Do most people do the Master-Cleanse first and then switch to BP?
2. After one is finished with the MC, there are instructions on how to beginning eating again but it doesn’t say if you stop the lemon drink or keep doing while you start add food.
3. Can I do a parasite cleanse the same time as Master-Cleanse or wait until BP? The whole idea of parasites freaks me out.
4. Do most people do enemas the whole time or only if nothing is happening?
5. Can I do BP with "the Zone"? Or maybe a modified Zone?
6. Is passing plaque painful or just strange?
7. Do I need to have a “practioner”?
8. Even if your urges increase, are they still normal? For instance, will I need to run from a meeting because I just have to go NOW?
9. Should I take a few days off to start? Or just start on a weekend?

I’d love any help because I’m reading all the different pages and trying to piece it together. Sorry that this is long but I am trying to be a good student (yes, I read all of the FAQs).

Thanks!
