There are different views on this, some say do the Liver-Flush first and of course the other view is do parasite first.
I did a lot of liverflushes before I ever did a parasite cleanse. In the first 2 LF's I got the liverflukes out after that I never saw them again.
I always assumed that I did not have a parasite problem, I did 2 parasite cleanses in 5 years but it never did anything for me.
Just make sure that you do not have constipation when you do the flush.
