Toxic body and Weak liver

Hi all,

I know most people do the parasite cleanse before a liver flush.
BUT if my liver is so weak and congested, wouldn't it be too hard on my liver to do a parasite cleanse now? Killing parasites will cause more toxins and stress my liver even more, I don't want to be making things worse.

Should I focus on improving the health of my liver first?? Any advice would be helpful!
