Would a product that puges out toxic amonias and super hydrates the tissue cells be any good for a diabetic?

i do not know the differance between type one and type two diabeties, but my cousin has the bad one.

I know one of his problems is not being able to stay hydrated, no matter how much he drinks.

I also dont know what the toxic amonia load would be for a diabetic.

But I found a product that takes care of both of these issues, and so I am doing a little research on it first before sharing it,......so any help would be a great help to me, and to diabetics in general.

I have already learned, that almost 100% of diabetics have a worm that lives in the pancreas, therefore, for me....kill the worm...cure the diabetes, now I would imagine, that if the worm has been there long enough, he has damaged it beyond normal function, and you cant grow a new one. But with out his (the worm)toxic bi -products and body excresions, a person should feel a world of better.

And I dont know but, I wonder if it could be the differance between taking insulin shots and taking a pill.
