Hydration.??? …diabetes…can, does make one DEHYDRATED!

Toxins...levels??? get a blood test..so that you know what is fact!!!


Type 1 & 2 diabetes ???what is up (most universal cases) ? A Diabetic has ‘bad behaved’ insulin production also/perhaps (at least from my personal reaction) convincing insulin to work into the cells, muscles is also very present.

Type 1 diabetic has No production of insulin from the pancreas…thus needs help, treatment is (normally) injected/pumped insulin…>>>… Type 2 diabetic have unstable insulin or (even) stable ranges can be …for certain days weeks months.. (keep reading) ..

Type 2’s can treat the condition with… exercise, food/diet, prescriiption drugs, insulin, Iodine (some evidence), various self help vitamins/herbs and the list goes on and on.. . Without/absent the exercise & food/diet no long terms control of blood glucose for type 2 diabetes will come about …certainly for any long span of time.

Additionally, there is also --frequently-- problems with the cells acceptance/communication as a large part of the energy, fuel is by passes by our muscle, cells ( metabolic syndrome) . This is why we are tried.. the cells, muscle have very little fuel and we are famished … trying to feed our body… By the way the overage (by passed fuel) is stored as fat when not picked up by the cells. … why we can gain weight and stay hungry.

As to parasites …don’t really know? IMO (in my opinion) A normal body has parasites…it is LIFE..always has BEEN. But we have a lot of negative forces (pollutions , unhealthy chemicals in and added to our water, unhealthy chemicals added to food, unhealthy chemicals added to farming, influences of corruption by businesses to control us and our $$pockets FOR THEIR PROFIT, medical corrupt influences , and OUR OWN POOR CHOICES.) (***not all folks in the above businesses are bad…THAT‘S IS NOT TRUE AT ALL****) SO itemize such ‘negative forces’ (DO IT personally ) and we can all get out of balanced with stuff… included parasites. A healthy body will keep ‘vermin’ in check… use common sense…so many claims are made …watch your $$$pocket!!!! KEEP IN MIND..Certain foods, spices …control parasites ..…so don’t over look them..they are food and don’t cost a lot.

((off topic…but think about what’s ’balanced’ in our LIFE this is healthy… too)

Diabetes (high glucose numbers--no control) IMO has side effect and a big one is inflammation to all areas of the body… ..such as electrical nerve paths (how we sense we have touched something and should pull away.. “one of the five senses” --touch-- . Diabetes (not controlled ) over a long time inflammation will split the insulation off the electric wires in your body (my words to explain) . Resulting in a ‘short’ in our electric wiring…thus… burning pain, needle pricking pain or no feeling in parts of the body…most noticeable to diabetics…the feet….and this condition, inflammation moves to other areas..

--NOW WE are at a small point (lots more-but only briefly writing an overveiw here ) to see reasons as to what is going on ( and perhaps with your cousin)……in the first place if the blood IS circulating we can stop unhealth problems… cells that have a good blood supply are being feed and continue …normally…and we are healthy…

So your cousin and all that have poor circulation ---AND from any other weak, ill health condition… creates a ‘bottleneck‘ (that continues to close--unless corrected) --- . Bottleneck’s ,low blood circulation, is a fact entailing a meaning.. don’t feed and also don’t clean…the cells. And if not stopped more unhealthy weak cells with the dead stuff, infection, toxins from those body sections or organs staying and causing more infection/toxins….causing additional ruthless reality to stay, live in.

SO WHAT to find…to help…??*** IMO No one needs heavy loads added (by supplementing certain unknow )treatments to increase, remove toxins-as least- FAST.. Fast has it‘s own problems… We need help to stabilize a critically ill condition as slow as can be done safely …please note...without a whole lot of GOOD research watch what we do this is not a hospital or dr‘s office each person makes his/her own choices out here, curezone.*** and losing one’s feet is critical IMO.

What are basics:

~I use (for years) msm powder it will increase circulation…and a whole host of other benefits…(I’ve not be using msm for several months very much. Don‘t really know why? .I started back using msm last week (Friday nite) and my blood glucose number this morning has dropped back 40 points…and I upped my vit c powder/crystals. And we have stopped eating out…and we’re fixing meals at home again…no white food stuff…
~Just start basic common sense healthy eating..again
We had -lunch- a hamburger patty -no bread- with slices of tomato, bowl homemade chicken soup (leftovers) from yesterday and 1 small slice of cantaloupe. And I know many here will tell you (their own) IMO to stay away from the meal I just ate…but I live in the town of reality grocery stores….(6month in VA and 6 month in FL) I’m out and about…traveling…so start with what you have…and eat smart…YOU CAN BUY what is in season and frozen vegetables and eat… enjoy eating… LIFE IS SHORT we do not live forever!
~Some use hot peppers, pepper powder or hot pepper liquid leaching methods to increase circulation both by mouth and placing (if one can or uses common sense-don‘t burn the skin) directly on the skin by using a bandage.
~Distilled water- your drinking and cooking water especially if on a municipal water system we put a dash of Redmond’s salt to a gallon and place in a water crock easy and quick to get.
~Turmeric …taste good…good for us..easy to find…look for large containers. Keep it as simple as possible
~ Olive Oil…pressed only ..will be dark in color on the shelf…

Note as to ammonia u had mentioned earlier -in this post. I found this as I was researching “charcoal powder“.

Why charcoal powder? IMO I need something to assist, lend a hand with my liver& pancreas relations as to type2diabetes. Researching- reading- that it could reduce (and that could help!!) the body’s toxins by adsorption …thus my liver would NOT be working on the stuff the charcoal removes.

This morning I received (USPS) my charcoal powder so I have had no time for a personal IMO evaluation . My fasting # was 148 this morning..last night, midnight, 130 I’ll see what effect the charcoal powder will have…
