i just cured insulin dependence with 100mg of Iodine in the form of Lugols Iodine solution. she had been on insulin for five months taking daily shots. from her first 50mg dose of Iodine she has not had a shot since and her Sugar is tested daily.

i told her 100mg of iodine and a tablespoon of cinnamon. i think i overdid it with the cinnamon.
