It’s real crap to deal with “doing” stuff and not getting the numbers down after success for many years with diabetes.

--I’ve used L-glutamine powder and protein powder (from GNC store) it lowered my numbers… it is hard to identify help points at times…stress, infection, pollution, bad food over a longer period tends to build up and it is a very long and hard restriction style toiling labor to lower.

--Also I’ve had my gallbladder removed and this over stresses the pancreas over time/years and liver as well…haven’t figured out what to help the pancreas…but lecithin helps with liver and pains..

--And watch all fats (stay away from unnatural fats) they can be more to handle for your body with/without gallbladder.

--Low blood reading from diabetic medication has just be reported to possible be FALSE good news as the destruction to the body continues…

--weight loss of 10%(if over weight) will lower numbers

--who to go for 'reliable' help..I do not KNOW…keep researching….they are many who will never help you…it is not in their pocketbook’s interest. Common sense eating is the best solution and that can be very personal able to a body. NOT all things work the very same on everyone at a given time.

--be happy and trust a change it what you buy at the grocery store first…it’s the cheapest and IMO the best start.

--high blood pressure…potassium??? maybe… some here (cure zone) use “zeta water”
