Where did you get your research from? That's cut and pasted from Wikipedia. Sometimes Wikipeda isn't so great for a research source because of confusing statements made by the people editing it. Honey is great but not for diabetics and perhaps not for cancer patients with highly vascularized tumours that mets easy. A lot of things that prevent cancer don't necessarly help already existing cancer situations. I like to put honey on scraps,etc. and cake it down with myrrh so the honey doesn't slide off. My mother, a cancer patient, uses agave syrup and I'd have her use stevia but it's difficult nailing down a product that tastes good.
