Dear Tracey, thanks! I was so happy to have those big strange bowel movements, indeed! I should have cut one of those kidney shaped things open, because they were so hard, but really light, they popped out and floated to the top! if I get more I'll have to examine more closely!
I'm taking 3 b&p shakes per day and I'm taking 10 drops of the parasite tincture 4 times a day .The other product is called "Parastroy" program and consists of two bottles, Para-Rid and Para-Sweep and I take 2 caps of each twice a day morning and night, them I'll boost it up on the 3rd week to 3 caps of each.

At first, I wondered if it was a waste doing this AFTER my fast, but I have the feeling that there are beneficial herbs in both formulas, so I'm gonig to keep taking them!
Also after passing more plaque and whatever else that was while taking these herbs, well, I wouldn't want to stop, just in case!

But still no sign of parasites I am happy to say!

As for my diet, I'm eating WAY more fruit and vegetables, trying to eat as much of that as possible and I do try to stick to whole grains, legumes, that kind of thing, but I also LOVE to have pasta, or a fresh croissant here and there and I do really like cheese, so when I eat those things I make sure I have a big beautiful salad or something to go with it! And I have cut that way back, I eat more portions of veggies in stead of the other carbs! But I love that kind of food, so I think if I am really enjoying eating it, then it must have some goodness for me. And I will buy freshly made things, but not packaged things..... I can tell though, now, that it does slow my whole system down, having to process all that PROCESSED food!!!
