Weight loss: Before and During picture

Just in case anyone has any doubts that water fasting for weight loss works, here's a picture of me, now in 34 inch jeans, with a pair of my old 44 inch jeans worn outside them (you can see the size label 44 on the left). It took just 7 months to lose that. So far I have lost 38Kg - roughly 83 pounds - which is more than the weight of my 3.5hp petrol lawnmower. I can't imagine walking around with the equivalent that on my back all day, but I used to!

I will keep the jeans as a reminder. However I will never get like that again, thanks to fasting.
