About this transfer - does that mean a transfer from a BofA checking account?

Because I do NOT have a BofA checking account. I was happily making online payments via the website, with the funds coming from my EXCELLENT local bank. My brother went overseas and my name was added to his BofA checking account so that I could manage it for him. BofA decided that I could only make payments from this account to pay my credit card payments on their website, even though it's not my account! Or I could use "My Easy Payments.com"... yeah, right... and the teller told me some BS about some government thing where all credit cards have this policy and I was like NO they don't, I pay various people's credit cards as part of my job and NONE of the others are crappy and weird like Bank of America and she was like "You're wrong" and got all confrontational until I was about to cry. Seriously, they employ a bunch of idiots and up-tight douchebags (at my branch and on the phone). I would be, too, I guess, if I worked there. There's just one nice, helpful guy, I always try to talk to him.

There are lots of sketchy, creepy customers at my local branch, too - somehow the dregs of society crawl out of the woods to do their banking at BofA. Yuck! Nothing like my primary bank!
