Yes B of A sucks and I let them go 8 years ago.
The only reason I have an account now is because of a job I had, so any way I was very upset last month because I sold my car and deposited the money grams on Sunday, saw them online Monday, and Tuesday they vanished.
My stupid local bank less than a mile from my home had placed a hold on my deposit for 11 BUSINESS DAYS half a month! I called them they said oh yes there is a hold didn't you call us yesterday. I said well if I had came in would you have cashed them, they said NO!
I remember trying to cash my tax refund check but they put a 4 day hold on it while I watched a man pull to the window and drive off with his deposit and he said he had no account there. They said they had to track my check.
So anyway I set up my bills online and I was counting on the money from my car to pay off some bills, well I could not pay as much as I wanted to and turns out I didn't pay enough on 5 credit cards, so now because of First Citizens my bills have $39 late fees.
WAMU! Well I tried to pay wamu online 4 days before it was due because it was to late to mail the payment, well 2 days after the due date I was emailed that my transaction failed because they did not have all my bank information. They were just stealing because the same thing happened again when I paid another bill online. I know my numbers and I told them they are just stealing from everyone, they snuck my APR up to 29.99% I said I did not sign a card with a high rate like that and you can take it back to where it was or I can/will not pay it, well I warned her and paying $100 a month with $25 going to my balance is over, they will not get paid next month.
They reject payments then say you did not give all your information, they must be crazy, I rather have a late fee than a higher APR, so they have stolen enough from me. We know all about defaults and what causes higher rates but they cheat and make us pay more.....well game over.

LOOK WHAT I FOUND LOL this is the month they rejected my payment now I see why

Well they can save the trees now and make my late notice electronic LOL!!!
Can someone tell me why they claim they want to save the trees and just tell us what to pay when they really want to steal from us. Its all the companies even my
Cell Phone is trying to steal from me and tell me I went over.
Even my light bill company turned off my lights on the due date, and I called before the guy got out of the yard and paid it, they said he can't turn it on he needs to pick up the order it may take til 11pm! Those fools charged me a reconnection fee because thy let the guy leave and a deposit on a place I been living in for 4 year, how can they charge me a deposit if the lights were all ready on?
Glad I ran across this rant LOL, so anyway since Wamu wants to steal from me I paid my electric bill over by $400, I figure thats what they have stolen from me since October.
They are stealing from all of us...4 times as much for gas, where is the money going?
