Degenerates?

It's unfortunate that you feel that way. It has been my experience that some of the most intelligent, resourceful and compassionate people are those who have you would probably consider to be 'degenerates'. Perhaps if they were not judged so harshly and if assisting them were thought of as a hand UP rather than a hand-out those precious resources would be discovered and utilized to the benefit of all of us... including your children.
