Cramps, i sympathise. I used to get them all the time at night in my feet, my feet were always cold, but Seasalt sorted that problem out.

I haven't been using it recently, and it might be because i'm doing yoga again, but the cramps have started to come back, but more in my calfs and thighs, which is worse.

It does make me worry about electrolyes again, and will i get cramps if i do a long fast.
As presently i'm not fasting, i'll try the Seasalt again i think. 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon in tomato juice, i normally buy cheap tins of plum tomatoes and whizz them up in blender, as i've noticed packet tomato juice has normal salt added, whereas the value tinned tomatoes don't.
The trouble is you can't have anything while fasting can you, so i don't know what else to suggest. But try it when not fasting.
