It's great that you had such success with the MC. I did the lemonade fast with unspectacular results. Except for hair and nail growth that was so fast it was almost spooky.
I'll do it again when it's warmer out and probably for the full 40 days. I only made it two weeks. I had some swelling in my ankles while on it which tells me I probably need to do more kidney cleansing before I try this again. Maybe as you said by then the Water Cure will have loosened up everything so that I actually see some benefits to the lemonade fast.
