Just thought I'd share my experience with weight loss & loose skin.
In 2006 I completed two 40 day fasts with a two month refeeding period in between. During the first fast, which was a water fast, I lost 61 lbs. In the two months following that I did refeedeing with all raw fruits and veggies and nothing but water and fresh juice to drink (no caffeine). During the refeeding period I lost an additional 33 Lbs for a total of 94 lbs. My skin seemed to be a little loose during this time, nothing major like hanging skin. I then followed up with a 40 day juice fast and at the end of that everything seemed toned and tightened. So after a 94 Lb. loss I am more than thrilled with the results. I should mention that I did do dry skin brushing daily and I continue to do so even today, just cuz it feels so darn good!
