I saw your post on loose skin but just didn't have time to post a reply.
These are my own thoughts on the matter........
I think dieting tends to leave loose skin for someone who has been overweight and/or obese, but fasting tends to heal and tighten up loose skin, especially if you exercise during the fast and post-fast: I remember reading it somewhere some years ago but cannot find the reference for it at the moment from Hygienic literature.
I have also heard that supplemental Vitamin C will help in this regard, but again cannot locate the the actual article.
Achieving this will take a little time as Nature works quite slowly towards this end.
