Not so much for me but for my boyfriend.
He doesn't necessarily ejaculate prematurely without any control whatsoever, but he often reaches orgasm way earlier than he wants to or I want him to. He can usually tell me to slow down or pause for a moment to stop it a few times, but once he does that it's pretty much a guarantee he won't be able to fulfill me.
We're young. I'm studying to be a clinical psychologist and learned a lot about sexual relationships but I can't even bring myself to talk him into trying any sensate focus techniques or anything. I think he's become insecure about it so he'd rather not talk about it most of the time.

It really puts a damper on the sex life because I want it all the time and I think he feels as though he's only going to disappoint me despite the fact that I've told him I don't need to orgasm every time and that when I beg him for sex, it's not because I feel the need to orgasm but I just want to connect with him sexually and that alone makes me feel good. He's not to fond of GIVING oral sex though he's the hugest fan of receiving it from me...because I have small hands and can use both hands plus the mouth hah! But I know that has a lot to do with it because when he does stimulate me orally beforehand, I find myself finishing really quickly and then on the verge of a second one whenever he finishes. I talked to him about that part but he just...doesn't like the taste or getting his fingers "dirty" or something. It really sucks because my last boyfriend and I had what you might call "p 0 r n star sex" but I love the connection I feel when I'm with him and I wish he could take me all the way all the time.

Never knew much about breathing to control ejaculation though...more info please!
