Tearful pain at neck and right shoulder. Please help

A good friend of mine has been having extreme pain in her neck and right shoulder for many months now. She saw a chiropractor who said her spine at the neck was 10 degrees off, so she continued with the chiropractors treatment and a couple months later she was now only 1 degree off.
However, she still has piercing pain. They think the spine disrupted a nerve.
she's had MRI's and such x-rays and the 'doctors' can't find anything, which is no surprise to me. I can't think of much that can help this. I told her about urine therapy last night and she agreed to try it. I also think ACV would be good, I'll try to get her start this as well.
Does Anyone know of something else that can help her?
