Too large?

I'm not sure what counts as "too large".

I don't have any lines on my ears *although I'm not sure what to look for* but the tip of my tongue is red..then again my whole tongue is red. *looks confused*

I know for a fact I don't have high blood pressure because Ive tested it many times. Although it wouldn't surprise me if I have some heart damage since years ago I smoked enough crack cocaine to kill an elephant. I was surprised back then that I didn't die. There were times my heart was beating out of my chest so hard it would make my tee shirt bounce (literally).
