Mebendazole or albendazole are both in the same class of meds and have wide ranging effect on parasites....

Low toxicity unless you are sensitive to it.... quick kill off on some of the lower class parasites (cestodes) and albendazole has activity against amoebic critters as well including the microsporidia. CDC recommends 21 d course for microsporidia.
