Re: is liver flush a hoax?

nope. never been diagnosed with gallstones. I am 33 and am slim. weigh arnd 117 lbs.

I was suffering from very stubborn bloat and IBS symptoms 2.5 years ago. and tried a lot of things to fix the problem. I tried western doctors, naturopathic doctors, anti-candida diet, parasite cleansing, Iodine therapy and even liver flushing. Even spent hundreds of dollars on supplements like vitamin C, Vit E, D, Zinc, folic acid, h2o2 etc.
I continued to suffer. Then 7 months ago, I injured my back and started going to chiropractor for treatments. I noticed that not only back ache went away, stomach problems became better. I started researching a lot about spinal health and different diseases, and strongly beleive unhealthy spine can lead to many health issues.
Althoug, we must take care of our spines for life, going to a chiro for life did not appeal to me. I wanted a cheaper alternative. I searched and came across a powerful exercise called inversion. That just excited me a lot.
Now I practice Inversion therapy and keep my bloating prblems at bay. I feel so rejuvinated. I like to stay away from doctors and take care of myself. Plus, I dont like taking medicins, not even vitamins/supplements. Sometimes I feel they are also scam.
jUst my 2 cents
