I don't say you are wrong, but I am still trying to find some locigal connection, direct or indirect to see how for example IBS would be caused by spine problem.>>>
Pinched nerves could cause all kinds of health problems. And just like we are all unqiue, nerves going to which organ is pinched, also varies from person to person. If nerves to heart are pinched, we get heart disease/ chest pains, if nerves to intestines are pinched, we get IBS, constipation, diarrhea etc. If nerves to liver/gb are pinched , we get liver/gb disease. Similarly, if nerves are pinched to ears, we get ear infections, hearing loss, for eyes we might have vision problems, for sinuses, we get sinusitis and hair we get baldness, gray hair, unhealthy hair. Thyroid disease might also be caused by nerves to thyroid being pinched. If nerves to brain are pinched, depression, autism, alzeihmers, memory issues etc can happen depending on which part of brain is affected.
So NERVOUS SYSTEM is the most important system in our body..
So diseases can be numerous, and cause is the same. I read lots of books on Yoga/Pilates/ Stretching and they say what I am saying. Its all about maintaining a healthy & flexible spine.
NO MAGIC POTIONS can fix the spine, because its a mechanical problem.
I have seen ppl with healthy/vegetarian diets and still have high cholesterol, diabetes, high BP. And I have seen ppl who eat anything and everything and still have flat stomach and no health problems. So diet is secondary, flexibility of spine is more important.
