CLEAN vs DIRTY Houses
Very GOOD! Prevention is good practice - washing fruit and vegetables - cooking your own meats - not walking around barefoot - staying FAR away from salad bars - drinking only fresh clean water, etc. All of these things and more will help keep infection rates down. But here's the flip side - we are going to pick up parasites just because we're human animals.
You are CORRECT in the fact that the cleaner your body is - the less damage the parasites can do and the easier they are to get rid of. The folks who eat right are just naturally healthier - when they get parasites, they are quicker to notice the symptoms. Take for instance someone who drinks Cokes all day - never water - they eat fast food and junk. Their vegetable intake consists of the shredded lettuce on a Big Mac. These folks most likely already have digestion problems - they then get a parasite infection such as ascaris. The digestion problems worsen and they feel bad ALL of the time. They perceive this as being "normal". They continue feeding their body and their parasites "junk" and other problems WILL develop (just pick any of the symptoms and insert here). These poor folks have it bad - not only do they have parasites - they can't even recognize their symptoms as being parasite related.
Folks who keep their bodies "clean" will recognize a problem almost IMMEDIATELY. They know that you don't just feel fine then all of a sudden, you are very anemic and weak. Something is causing it and steps must be taken to get to the root of the problem. These folks are just quicker on the draw because they are, in my opinion, more aware of how their body works.
The best advice I can give anyone over the age of 2 is to parasite cleanse twice per year. Also keep that house clean - natural unprocessed foods and plenty of fresh, clean water - and remember to keep the colon happy. These things will keep a person healthy.
