Re: Feeling like ick. Lugol's and Bentonite

I didn't find it there. I did a quick check, can't say I looked too hard for it, but I thought I remembered hearing something like it's not really supposed to even be sold over the counter, but I could be making that up...I'm not sure..the brain fog today is just overwhelming. But maybe someone here has a recommendation for a website to buy it. No I haven't been taking anything...well actually the only thing I've been taking for that is the psyllium. I guess I should look into bentonite...I heard it's not absorbed by the body, so it should be safe for nursing, right? I'm not sure about how to do those psyllium and Bentonite drinks but I think I'll be able to find it right here on this board.
