ggg...glad you jumped in since I have been
preoccupied myself these days and what is
important is that the poster knows that all
ways of using coconut are good. I would not
care for it crunchy either though and allow
it to melt in my mouth. When I am baking
with it and need it liquified, I will put
it in the oven on warm. I really really
like it in baked goods.
Good luck with your raw diet. I suppose
you could sprout stuff like rice or seeds
and drizzle with the oil?? For the most
part, I just take a teaspoon by mouth a
couple to three times a day, although I
use it on my food when oil is called for.
I also cook my eggs and stir fry my
cooked rice and veggies in it.
