Re: Ever considered....?
I get HA from vitaminshoppe.com or Source naturals...both sell it under the name "injuv". There is a very intersting background to it...seems an isolated village was discovered to have unusually youthful elderly, doing physical labor into their 70's and 80's. Scientists discovered HA in the rooted vegetables they basically subsisted on.
However, if you have mitral valve prolapse or any other connective tissue disorder, magnesium is also a very important but neglected part of the problem especially in our calcium-oriented society (milk, sour cream, ice cream, etc) which apparently "fights" magnesium (vegetables are their usual food source). In fact, they say it's the lack of mag that causes the problem in the first place.
I really suggest you check out the
http://www.ctds.com
website to determine if it is your issue...it's really very interesting. You might find other related issues which tends to confirm the suggestion that one might have (or not!) connective tissue disorder. As connective tissue is what our whole body is made of -excepting bones and teeth - HA would probably help everyone, like that village.
HA is also good for
Arthritis as it appears to fill and cushion the joints.
