Total, I knew of a woman who had to quit smoking due to the sad state of her lungs, Dr. told her she had to quit immediately. She devised a way to quit, she took carrot sticks with her to work etc. as if she was holding onto a cigarette all day. She ended up eating a bunch of them and when she went back to the Dr. awhile later, I can't remember how long later though because it was many years ago, anyway, when she went back her lungs were clean. Maybe that idea could help you to at least get past the physical aspect of holding on to a cigarette and the motions of putting the cigarette to your mouth and such? Hope you have success at quitting, that is a terrible habit and from everyone I have ever heard try to quit, is certainly is not easy. Hope it works for you.
