First Flush - What a Nightmare

Hey all, did my first flush last night. Did every thing on time, every thing in the right dosages. Laid down fast after the oil and GFJ went down. At first I was fine, then my neck started to get really stiff. I passed into these strange delerious states which I wasnt too worried about, toxins do strange things. Then around 2 in the morning I started to get REALLY bad nausea and REALLY bad back pain. I was forced to get up and deficate, by that point I was already passing little 1mm - 1cm stones. After that I felt okay, went back to sleep. Woke up around 4:30 same ball game. It's like 6:30 where I am, I was supposed to take the Epsom Salts but im feeling SOOOO sick. Horrible lower back pain, horrible head ache, horrible nausea and so dehydrated I'm just forcing my self to drink water. Should I continue taking the Epsom Salts ? This happens to me with all toxic purgeing, I ALWAYS get horrible side effects. This is by far the worst though, feels like food poisoning.

Oh by the way, been raw vegan for just over a month now. Been parasite cleansing, kidney cleansing and bowel cleansing for just over 3 weeks.
