When I did my first Liver-Flush I became very dehydrated. I was a little delusional/delerious, and had a hard time getting motor functions operating. I didn't have a headache, but I believe they are also associated with dehydration. When I do LF's now I keep drinking water past 2 right up to the 1st ES.
