I have overlapped Humaworm and Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . No problem. I just think the Humaworm is overkill; as the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement will destroy more than just worms. It does not matter if you take them together. One is just herbs (food).

It is a good idea to back down to a daily maintenance dose of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . You can always take it higher, when you feel the need. It sounds like you have purged real well. A maintenance dose will ensure that nothing returns without great effort. At least, nothing will sneak up on you slowly.
