Violently ill on MMS Any ideas

Today I've been violently ill all day.

I'm wondering by re-tracing mu=y steps and describing my experience that someone may be able to interpret what's happened.

I've been on 15drops twice a day for 2 weeks.
Last night I made up a new batch of citric acid .
This morning for the first time ever I re-used the same cup as last night's ie I did not wash it.

The yellow solution of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and citric acid looked dark,dark yellow quite diff to normal. Once 3 mins were up I added water. The taste was most unusual.

Within 30 mins I was vomiting copious amounts of saliva.
Then after that I had violent vomiting of Phlegm and watery saliva.
As the day progressed more vomiting lumps of phlegm, saliva then the D's.
The D was a mucuous-y phlegm.
I slept for a few hours at a time, only to be woken by stomach pain, then rush to bathroom for a chuck and D.

I'm wondering whether I overdosed on Miracle-Mineral-Supplement as it tasted bad this morning?
Any ideas?
