I was once upon a time an insurance adjuster and one of the things that can cause an already forming hurricane to go from a category 1 to a category 5 is if there is a water temperature increase by as little as 3 degrees. It is no stretch to see how HAARP or the russian's version of weather modification could make this occur. In the case of katrina and the other hurricanes in the southern regions of the u.s. it may have been a combination of a russian attack and an american counter attack. It may have all been done by bu$h and company but I tend to think that it may be that hurricane katrina was actually steered away from New Orleans by HAARP. We were watching the hurricane heading straight to New Orleans and then it makes a right turn and avoided a direct hit. I am no fan of bu$h but I think the latter scenario the more likely.

As far as the Tsunami, the recent typhoon in Burma, and the earthquake in China, I have heaard of these types of things occuring since I was a child. How come when something like this occurs today that it is automatically assumed that it is weather modification? I am sure that there is at least one person in the world that will say that it was at any given time but was he there when it happened? If not, what were his sources? I don't know if the tornadoes are a part of the mix either but it sure makes for interesting Conspiracy possibilities. Tweet
