PS - this also fits into forums on "aliens", "UFOs" and such

This potential connection - between HAARP and the ever-presnt "Aline / UFO?" question, is one that I wanted to mention previously, but didn't. The Conspiracy has been conspired in large part by fictional entities - like corporations, which the SCOTUS has the wherewithal to deem "for certain purposes such as business purposes, is a 'person' " Well, a person has a skeletal system, wherein the brain-bone connects to the backbone connects to the arm bone connects to the hand-bone a person might utilize to perform it's deeds. The Conspiracy often plays out in this fashion - one element is connected to another element connected to another element... kinda like the complex inter-workings of near-imperceptible fascia, articulations and other workings that go on within interstitial spaces..... "blue-beam"... kinda has the ring of the obligatory little green men in spacebeaming aircraft to it, doesn't it? HA HA!

The above video indicates it is "Project Bluebeam part II", but since it does not cover much at all about Bluebeam, on a hunch, I wondered if perhaps they covered this material in part I ... ? It took a while to locate their Part I, but as best I can tell, this is it. Even if it isn't the officially intended Part I of this video series, it does discuss Bluebeam.
