Wow thank you so much..
I started pressing on the pressure point yesterday and WOW it was SO sore and tender. Those poor muscles are strained like hell from clenching my teeth at night and grinding them. I could feel from using the pressure point how that horrible strained muscle was just red with inflammation and soooo irritated. It was actually very painful to use the pressure point at first but a good sort of pain you know, like rubbing a very sore muscle. I did it three times yesterday from about one to three minutes each, applying continuous pressure. It felt like letting steam out through a pressure valve to me! Within an hour or two I noticed the overall head pain was a little better, and all I had last night was the ear infection pain. I let hydrogen peroxide bubble in my ear for about twenty minutes and it bubbled like crazy so it must have been really infected or something (sometimes when I clean my ears it doesn't bubble at all).
The ear pain is much better this morning! I'm going to use the pressure point when I get home from work tonight too, I really hope it keeps helping my tmj! I appreciate it a lot and thank all you guys for your helpful comments, wombat Im gonna try your cayenne treatment later today too.
