What is this? Awful inflammation =(

First of all my tmj in the left side of my jaw has been acting up horribly lately. It's more than just my bad jaw. I've had this before..it's like..my entire jaw joints, gums, eye sockets, face and ears (deep down inside, stabbing pain) get..inflamed somehow. It's not a sinus ache the way when you have a cold, it's this shocking, raw pain, sort of if you have ever had sensitive teeth or those stabbing fever pains you might know what I'm talking about.

Well its like that all over all those places..stabbing, electric shock type pain, it's like all my mouth and sinuses and everything connected to them are raw inflamed open nerve.

It's so painful and it sucks because I havent felt this awful in a LONG time. Ive been doing so good. I don't know what this is caused by..but every once in awhile I get it. Usually before my period. Maybe my "bad ovary" released an egg again. I'm hoping Iodine will take care of that bad ovary.

What do you guys think this is? I'm on humaworm right now but haven't had any die off that would resemble anything like this and I'm on day 25. I missed work today because of this and at this rate I don't know if I'm going tomorrow.

I've been doing 30mgs a day Iodine for some time now, but today and yesterday I was taking a break from it and plan on starting again tomorrow now.

What could this be? I had it off and on before ever starting Iodine so I can't imagine its detox. Maybe I'm sick or something I don't know.. Is there anything I can do for this horrible inflamation? Should I take motrin or something?
