I had horrible pain when I went on humaworm and kept taking lugols. Then I read some posts there of other people having problems with those together also. So I had to stop the Iodine till well after the humaworm. Iodine seems to intensify it. You may need to do stop the Iodine till your done with humaworm and maybe wait a week after before starting up again.
