If you are passing loads of stones it is because the stones formed to protect your body from the bugs. Inside the stones are bugs. There are bugs behind the stones until your liver is cleaned out. Your blood filters these out. Because the liver and colon have lots of food for them, that's where they end up.
I used a colendar on top of my bathroom toilet seat. Sounds kinda weird, but that is how I saw the bugs when they came out. I also gave them a "bath" by pouring some water over them so I could distinguish the bugs from just the normal feces. Lots of them WERE microscopic, but lots of them weren't.
