Back pain after liver flush

Has anyone tried castor oil packs? It's been several years since I've used one but am thinking it might help after my liver flush. Anyone else feel worse after their first flush? I had tons of stones come out and felt good for two days... now I'm miserable and worse than before I started all this. (yes, I did a parasite and bowel cleanse prior to the liver flush.)
