One month - lost 30 pounds
Hi folks:
New to this forum. Been all over curezone for the past 2 months and picked up stuff here and there. I thought I'd share what has happened to me.
I felt toxic. I'd been diagnosed with a "fatty liver" after an ultrasound, and was headed to an MRI. I've looked 6 months pregnant, with dark circles under my eyes for years now. No matter what I tried, Atkins, High Grains, Soup for two weeks, Weight Watchers (I was stuck at 200
pounds for 4 months staying on their diet plan). This is what I did.
Plus, to hide my dark circles and sallow skin, I bought every Lancome, Hylexin, blah de blah product out there. I did facial misting, and micro dermabrasion, and botox....yikes. What I discovered was, I was spending way to much money, when my problems weren't external, but internal.
I decided that, more than diet, I needed to detoxify my body. The first thing I did was a Liver Flush. I was shocked when I lost 5
pounds that week.
The second thing I did was focus on my colon. I did a
parasite cleanse. I used Colonix, but instead of the fiber, I used
Oxypowder , which melts stuff out of your colon.
The third thing I did was a colonic. That was the magic bullet. The
pounds simply melted away after that.
Throughout all of this I tried to get in a happy place, because I had been very stressed and anxious. I don't meditate, and in hindsight, I really think that my happy place came from making a concerted effort to work on my innards. I am now feeling great peace. My face is glowing, my skin looks clear and my eyes are white. The dark circles are definitely beginning to go away.
The only dietary change I've made is to cut out coffee (I drink green tea, which has some caffeine), we don't eat red meat, except for once a month, and we don't eat anything bigger than our head. Well actually, my family all started eating small meals, about 6 a day. Dinner is the smallest. Before dinner, we drink a big fruit smoothy, of which I put a green powder that gives us 10+ servings of fruits and veggies. None of us are too hungry after that.
While I watch TV at night, I jump on a trampoline for at least 1/2 hour. When I watch my favorite shows, the time just seems to fly by. The other night, I realized I'd been jumping (or modified walking, bouncing) for over 40 minutes! The trampoline cost me $20. I also shelled out $12 for Suzanne Sommer's Thigh Master (my husband almost died laughing) but I use it to do some upper body work. Nothing major. I've gone down one dress size.
I've added some other stuff, like trying Castor Oil packs, Oil Pulling....and these are are detoxifying things too, but I think the above really put me in the right direction.
As I plan to continue on this path, I expect good results. All this time I felt like I needed to work from the outside in, when really, I needed to do just the opposite. My biggest piece of advice, pay homage to your colon. Once that shuts down, everything gets trapped and absorbed into your body, and just stays there.
Thanks for listening. Good luck to all of you.
