My take on the matter is that sometimes, if not often, the body goes into starvation mode. It is imperative to drink up. I try to pace myself by drinking
a lemonade on the hour, as not to skip.
6 lemonades with only one tblspoon of MS is only 600 calories per day.
Very close to starvation. I advise full strength, 2 tablespoons of Maple,
at least 8-12 times per day. The ensures at least 800-1200 calories per day.
If you are at all active and taking in too little , your body will go into shock
mode.
Even for those trying to reduce, I recommend full strength MCcockails.
At the same time, the lemonade will melt fat when the body is not starving.
Upping the cayenne also increases blood flow , filtering out more toxins/fat
per hour=weight loss.
Always use the best ingredients and be sure that between lemonades and h2o you
are drinking at least 1/2 your body weight in ozs.
Not sure of your full story, weight ,etc...so this is the best I can do for now..
